US President Trump orders airstrikes in Syria

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that military operations in conjunction with British and French forces are underway in Syria, the New York Times reports. Trump ordered airstrikes on chemical weapons facilities and according to BNO News, at the time of writing, large explosions are being heard in the east side of Syria's capital Damascus.
